The fruit for our dessert wine, Cherry Blossom, comes from Flathead Lake cherry orchards, central Washington pear orchards and Yakima River Valley Syrah grapes grown by Harold Pleasant.
Not thick like a port, but a lighter, after-dinner wine with just the right sweetness. A refined blend gives it character and depth.
Born in China, living in Portland, Oregon, ninety-five-year-old Kiahsuang Lo painted this beautiful watercolor of cherry blossoms. Her daughter Beth Lo is a renowned ceramic artist, art professor at the University of Montana and musician who plays the bass and sings, often at Ten Spoon Winery.
