Dry Montana White
The majority of our St. Pepin grapes grow right here at Ten Spoon Vineyard with additional grapes sourced from the Clark Fork Vineyard and the Saddle House Vineyard, both in the Missoula valley.
A floral bouquet and subtle flavors of citrus and honey lead to a deep, crisp finish. The rich yet delicate taste of St. Pepin comes from a French-American hybrid rugged enough to survive Montana winters to -26°.
Spike, retired from his Cadillac dealership, Spike’s Caddies, directed human relations at Ten Spoon until his untimely death in 2002. In loving memory of one cool cat, we made the St. Pepin wine a tribute to heavenly Spike, halo and all.
