Too hot or cold to ship in your area? Ten Spoon will store your purchase up to 180 days for no additional charge. To notify us of this, simply put a note in the Special Shipping Instructions at checkout or reply to your order email confirmation.

When the order is received by Ten Spoon, you will get an automated receipt via e-mail letting you know the items ordered and their total as well as confirming shipping and billing information. When the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail from UPS with the tracking information.

If your order is returned to Ten Spoon after failed delivery attempts, Ten Spoon will contact you about refunding the wine portion of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded. If you would like to attempt another delivery, a new order must be placed through our Website.

If you place an order and a gift note is included there will be no invoice or bill included with the order.

Orders placed today are usually shipped within 1-2 business day except for orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

We ship all year round. If it's too hot or cold in your region when you place your order, we'll be happy to hold your wine until conditions are right for you to have it shipped. We offer this service at no additional charge. To notify Ten Spoon of this request, simply place your instructions on the Special Shipping text box or reply to your order email confirmation.

There must be an adult at least 21 years of age available to sign for the package. No exceptions. If no one is available when a delivery is attempted, there will be two more attempts made on consecutive business days. Should delivery fail on all three attempts, the package will be held at your local UPS for several days for pick-up and soon after be returned. In order for the package(s) to be re-sent or shipped to a more convenient location such as a business, we must recharge you for shipping.

Shipping to a business address is encouraged if no one will be available at home to sign for the delivery. Please include the business name to ensure prompt delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes in any situation.

Currently we can only ship within the United States and we are subject to each individual states laws as well as the laws of Montana.
Ten Spoon has a license to ship to: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, MN, MT, MO, NC, NY, OH, OR, TX, WA, WY.

Approximate estimations for UPS Ground Shipping to West Coast is 1-3 business days, to Midwest is 2-4 business days, and to East Coast is 5-6 business days.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number, which you can enter at Ups.com to track your package.
