This richly flavored, dry wine was created using Lambert Cherries from Fat Robin Orchard and the DuPuis Ranch at Flathead Lake, Montana. At their peak, organic cherries were handpicked and then fermented and cellared at Ten Spoon to create a robust, dry Montana dinner wine — big enough for ribeye, smooth enough to drink all by itself.
