Moonlight Pinot Noir

The pleasing complexity of a classic Pinot Noir—with notes of dark cherry and currant in an earthy cast deepened by a touch of French oak—that was what made this wine memorable. We imagined the horizon silhouetted by moonlight, and the moon on the label was the north horizon seen from the vineyard…a majestic night in the Rattlesnake Mountains of the Rattlesnake National Wilderness and Recreation Corridor.

50th Anniversary of the Wilderness Act

This Syrah had Supple tannins enhance a balance of chocolate, tobacco and spice for a subtle, deep taste and long finish. A wine Bob Marshall would have loved. The photo was taken by Choteau, MT, resident Ralph Thornton of a bear at Moose Creek along the Chinese Wall in the Bob Marshall Wilderness. We celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Wilderness Act in 2014 with this special wine.”
